Volkswagen NZ had recently welcomed the new model California Ocean – their campervan which is basically the original Kombi, reimagined. And reimagined it is! With more mod-cons than you can shake a stick at, while still allowing you to embrace the simplicity and downtime that camping offers. We hit the road summer ready, for a tour of some of the North Island of NZ, to capture images of this great European vehicle in our stunning part of the world. The resulting imagery was used to launch and promote their Great Kiwi Summer Roadtrip competition of summer 2017 on the website and their social media channels.
